Hi, I'm Melanie and this is arMy Life Design. I am a full time Interior
Designer, entrepreneur, dedicated DIYer, crafter and thrifter. Most
importantly, I am a very proud Army Wife and Mom to two beautiful boys. What does that have to do with MY Design Life? Everything!! While I love our life with the Army, it does have its challenges. In the 6 years we have been married we have moved 6 times and we are just getting started. Along the way, I have learned how to design on a budget and how to create a home that can move with you. I am not only a designer myself but also come from a very crafty and handy family. My parents are contractors, my husband is pretty handy and my friends and family are always crafting and creating something.
In this blog, I will share some of my DIY projects, design and moving tips and tips and tricks from my friends and family. I may even occasionally include details from one of my current design projects at work. I hope you enjoy my tips, tricks and thrifts.
