We currently have our hous...This is awesome advice! We currently have our house on the market, and although we have it well-presented, de-cluttered and ready-to-go, there have only been three people through our door in the past six months! We live in a semi-rural environment which in itself is a challenge when selling a home. Despite setting up a website, FB, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram account for the House, it has generated no real interest. I'm wondering what more we can do to improve our chances of a sale? If you have any tips on how to make us stand out from the crowd, please could you share! I almost forgot to add that since we listed our house in October of last year, three other houses in our street have subsequently been listed for sale. One currently is Under Contract, but it is a different league from ours, and a much lower pricing bracket. Ours is priced higher than the others, and although we have already dropped our price quite considerably, we, and our agent, feel we should stand our ground and wait for the right buyer.
